Site visit

Let's go and look at it properly.

A few questions so we don't waste your Saturday, then pick a slot. We drive the real commute at your hour, photograph the actual construction stage, and get the paperwork in writing before you go.

Where are you in the process?

This decides whether a visit is the right next step, or whether we should just send you information first.

Which side of the city?

Bangalore is really five markets. Start with the side that works for your commute — we'll narrow to the locality after.

What's your budget?

All-in, including registration and the usual charges — not just the base price. If you're not sure, say so; it's a more useful answer than a guess.

What kind of home?

Pick everything you'd consider. Most buyers are open to two, and saying so gets you better options.

How is it being funded?

This is the question that changes our advice most. A sanctioned loan and an unstarted one are very different positions at the same budget.

These fit what you've told us.

Pick the one you'd most like to see. We'll plan the trip around it, and we can add a second nearby on the same morning.

Where do we reach you?

One call to confirm, then everything else on WhatsApp. You won't be passed to a call centre — there isn't one.

Not ready to visit yet?

Skip the calendar. An advisor will call you today with the price sheet, the RERA number and an honest read on the two or three that actually fit — no visit booked, nothing payable.

Either way this is an enquiry, not a booking. No unit is reserved and nothing is payable.

Got it, there.

When suits you?

Two slots a day, because one of us comes with you for the whole visit.

We do about 20 visits a month — roughly 20 left in this one. Everything shown is a slot we can genuinely keep. We'd rather show you fewer options than cancel on you.

Cost to you
Nothing. Our fee comes from the developer.
  • We drive the commute you'd actually do, at the hour you'd do it — not the empty-road version.
  • We photograph the real construction stage, so you can hold it against the render.
  • We get the RERA number, possession date and carpet area in writing before you go, not after.
  • You get the same review we publish — including the parts that argue against buying.
Common questions

Before you book

Is there any charge for the visit?

No. Our fee comes from the developer when a sale completes, so advisory and site visits cost you nothing. It also means we have no reason to push you toward a project that doesn't suit you — we'd rather place you correctly once than badly three times.

Why do you ask about funding and not just budget?

Because the two together tell us something neither does alone. A ₹1 crore budget with a sanctioned loan and a ₹1 crore budget with no loan started are different situations that need different advice. It also saves you from being shown things you can't yet transact on.

Will I be handed to a salesperson at the site?

You'll meet the developer's sales team, because they hold the pricing. We stay with you through it. If something doesn't add up, we'll say so in front of them rather than after.

Why only two slots a day?

Because one person comes with you for the whole visit, and a proper visit runs two to three hours including the drive. We could book more and do them worse. Content to verify: confirm these timings against the real weekly calendar before launch.

Can I see more than one project in a trip?

Yes, and it's the better way to do it — two projects in the same corridor on the same morning gives you a real comparison. Tell us in the notes and we'll plan the route.

What if I need to reschedule?

Message us and we'll move it. No penalty. We'd rather you came on a day you can concentrate than sat through a visit you're rushing.
